If your Foodsmart account was brought to you by your employer or health plan and you leave or change providers, your account will become inactive and inaccessible.
If you start with a new employer or health plan that also provides Foodsmart services, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support team will review your account and ensure your login is associated with the correct organization. Your account activity and preferences may not be transferable.
